Stirling Properties Expands Investment Advisors Division

Launches new website to better promote and brand capabilities in investment services.

Stirling Properties commercial real estate company continues to diversify its services in the Gulf South region with the expansion of its Investment Advisors Division. Stirling Investment Advisors (SIA) specializes in investment sales of retail, multifamily, office, healthcare and industrial properties.

Evolution in the commercial real estate industry is creating rapid change, increasing the need for professional real estate guidance for investors and property owners. To adapt to the new landscape, in 2018, Stirling Properties launched the SIA Division, consolidating its acquisition, disposition, and investment sales efforts under one departmental umbrella.

A highly specialized team was assembled with expertise in various property types to create a fully integrated approach to investment sales strategies and client relationships. Recently, the division expanded with the addition of retail advisors and a capital markets team, concentrating on debt and equity placement and lender markets. A new website has also been established to better elevate, promote and brand the capabilities and services of SIA.

Stirling Investment Advisors is led by Beezie Landry, Vice President of Investment Advisors. Team members include:

SIA services include net lease acquisition/disposition, 1031 Exchange, portfolio analysis, financing solutions, market/demographic evaluation, valuation analysis, and financial modeling. The team represents a wide range of client types, including private owners, institutional investors, and private equity firms.
